Where do your products come from?

All of our soaps, creams, moisturizers and gear is manufactured in the United States. Made with love in Miami, with the help of our BHC family.

Are purchases tax deductible?

All of the purchase price of the item goes directly to funding the cost of the merchandise and the shop overhead, therefore we're not able to provide a tax receipt for any of the purchase.

Will my order get to me without any issues?

We use USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and UPS for deliveries inside the United States. All of our shipments leave our center within 1-2 Business days after you've ordered them and will likely spend 3 to 4 business days in transit to your location. If you have any issues please email us at support@betterhomeclean.com.

IMPORTANT: If you run into any issues or you believe you entered the wrong information into your order, please contact us before shipments have been sent, to avoid any lost or stolen packages.

What currencies do you accept?

At the moment we are currently accepting only USD as our only currency selection. But we plan to add CAD, EUR & GBP in the next few months.

Will my shirt fit? How do you think about sizes?

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes, including Unisex and Women's' styles in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes (small through 4XL).  

Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

What about shipping and delivery?

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 to 2 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS). 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

How does the Free Shipping work?

If you spend $25 or more after any promo codes have been applied and live in the 48 contiguous United States, shipping is FREE. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or have an APO box, we do not offer free shipping, but have other paid shipping options.

How can I return product?

If you're looking to send back your products, we're very sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied. To return items, you must do so within 30 days of ship date, to receive a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping cost. If you have any issues send us an email at support@betterhomeclean.com, (Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time.

Are your products available in other countries?

Our products are available only in the United States at the moment. But please check with us in 3 to 4 months to see where are products go next.

What if my product shows up damaged or broken?

If any of the items in your order, show up damaged, broken or leaking, please take pictures and contact our team at support@betterhomeclean.com or via phone at 1-866-845-7901.

Are your soaps and creams safe for septic systems?

Simple and short answer is Yes! At Better Home Clean we use only natural and plant based ingredients in our products making it safe for most U.S. home and office septic systems. That being said nothing is better than always having routine maintenance and care of your homes septic pipes.
